Anjung Saujana

The Airport Restaurant & Coffee Shop operated at the old departure hall before the Brunei International Airport went through a major renovation and expansion. Back then it offered local and international cuisines for both ala carte and buffet with varieties of food selections from the healthy appetizers to the sweet temptations of pastries and cakes, catering to both airline passengers and to the general public who simply loves food. After thirty-nine (39) years of operating, the legacy of The Airport Restaurant & Coffee Shop, it evolved and continues operation with the rebranding names of “Anjung Saujana”, “Cilantro’s Gourmet Patisserie” and “Kak Ros”.

Anjung Saujana and Cilantro’s outlet were officially opened on 2nd October 2014 with welcoming innovative concepts at the new departure hall in Brunei International Airport. Anjung Saujana serves the most innovative gastronomic International and Asian Cuisines, both as buffet or ala carte, in an elegant contemporary traditional and cultural dining ambience.

Whereas, Cilantro’s Gourmet Patisserie is an innovative casual dining concept offering those who are on the go, to facilitate that easy take away experience. It offers a range of fresh pastries, specialty breads, Danish pastries, gourmet sandwiches, pralines, assorted cakes and ‘Kek Batik’-Bruneian’s favourite cake.
