Acquire cooking skills of Thai Cuisine with Anjung

Royal Brunei Catering Sdn. Bhd. (RBC), in association with Royal Thai Embassy held a cooking class on Friday, 15th September 2017 in conjunction with the Thai Food Festival 2017 at Anjung Saujana Restaurant.

The first 20 registered diners who dined in for the Thai Food Festival at Anjung Saujana Restaurant during the Thai Food Festival buffet had a chance to join in the Thai Cuisine cooking class led by RBC’s own Thai chef, Chef Tichamon Somanee. Participants will get to see the demonstration, hands-on instruction as well as to learn how to cook fresh, flavourful Thai cuisine by using secret recipes from the Mainland Southeast Asia that will leave your taste buds amazed!  For those who did not get the chance to dine in, the Thai Food Festival has been extended until 14th October 2017.
